Chianti suggestions?

Hi,
A group of friends and family are renting a villa just outside of Radda in Chianti in early June and are seeking restaurant recommendations in the area as well as in the hill towns. I've read La Bottega in Volpaia, Le Vigne, Taverna del Guerrino in Montefioralle, and Dorando in San Gimignano are all excellent. Any others? Suggestions for wineries, towns to visit?

Two of our favorites are: La Cantinetta di Rignana, deep in the countryside outside Greve, and Osteria alla Piazza, outside Castellina. Both are worth planning a day around, with beautiful outside areas and spectacular views of the vineyards.

We had a wonderful tour at Dievole. Beautiful grounds. Need to arrange ahead of time; don't remember what the cost was.

The winemaker at Querciabella winery near Greve in Chianti just recommended Enoteca Fuori Piazza in Greve to me as a good lunch spot--both Slowtrav and Chowhound participants seem to agree..
