Fresh Bison - $1.99/lb @Shoprite in Paramus

It's Solomon's brand, I'll be searing up a few steaks tonight and see if it was worth it.

        Boneless steaks -- thick ones, I pan seared and finished in the oven last night

        DELICIOUS!!!!

        The sell by date is 5/22. I saw a friend there yesterday and she had filled her cart 3/4 of the way with the steaks.
