Boneless steaks -- thick ones, I pan seared and finished in the oven last night
The sell by date is 5/22. I saw a friend there yesterday and she had filled her cart 3/4 of the way with the steaks.
What cut? Chuck, Ribeye, Brisket, Skirt, Hanger, Minute?
