Anyone know of a good Indian wedding caterer in Orange County?

Hello all. I have been looking online for any reviews of Indian wedding caterers but have not come across many.

Does anyone know of some good Indian caterers in Orange County? LA County is ok as well since there is a possibility they might drive out to Orange County.

So far I have come across Clay Oven in Irvine which is a little pricey but it looks like they have a lot of experience.

Thanks everyone!

We had some really terrific food from Jay Bharat in Artesia at an Indian (I think maybe Gujarati) wedding in Orange. They are in Artesia on Pioneer, and they have a website, www.jaybharat.com. No idea of how small a wedding they are willing to do, though.

Call Haveli and see if they can make a recommendation? I don't think they do catering, but...

The caterer everyone uses in our social circle (we are indian) is Manohar's Delhi Palace in La Puente (I think). His pricing is good, travels all over So. CA, and most importantly, has excellent food. We've been to dozens of parties and weddings that they have catered, and have also used them multiple times.

Thanks for the replies everyone. I went to Manohars and they said they require a minimum of 300+ people to cater. Bummer...their food was pretty good.

I went to an Indian wedding in December where the food was pretty good. Even my Pakistani friend said the food was pretty good and asked for their card. They even provided samosas, puri's, and other bites for the "cocktail" hour (dry). I seem to recall the place was maybe in Artesia or North OC, but the wedding was in Dana Point so I'm pretty sure your situation won't be a problem. I'll try to track it down for you.

Clay oven is good (haven't used them for catering, but their lunch buffet is usually mobbed because it's consistently fresh and de-lish)

Don't know if Natraj does catering, but I'd guess they do. They're good (locations in Mission Viejo, Laguna Beach and Irvine Marketplace(this last is an "express" one) .
