Romantic Italian restaurant in Las Vegas

I am looking for the best italian restaurant on the Strip. Needs to be romantic, but food quality is the most important aspect of the restaurant.

Old Las Vegas. Would you consider that romantic? If so, check out Piero's. Not really on the strip, but on Paradise.

Try Nove @ the Palms... Great views of the strip from the top of the hotel tower.

Nove Italiano inside the Palms, 4321 W. Flamingo Road, recently announced its wine and food specials every Monday, which include half-priced bottles of more than 300 wines.

A small bites menu offers cured meats, pizza, clams, crab cakes, calamari and meatballs for $9.

Pasta specials on Get Corked Mondays include ravioli, alforno, tortellini, gnocchi Bolognese and spaghetti starting at $11 each.

Is Mario Danielle still the sommelier there? He was GREAT at Picasso and then took some time off and opened Nove as the sommelier.

In terms of both food quality and romantic settings, good starting points are Bartolotta (Wynn, request one of the outdoor cabana tables), Circo (Bellaggio), and Sinatra (Encore). Zefferino (Venetian) is also a nice setting, but can not quite be put in in the class of the first three in terms of food quality. Some may claim Valentino (Venetian) to be romantic, but on our visits the room come off as being a little cold.

I second Circo. You can request one of the half moon tables near the window and you'll be able to enjoy the fountains as you dine.
