Good Eats Near Seatac?

We'll be staying overnight near the Seatac airport at the end of June. Is it possible to find a great meal nearby? It doesn't need to be fancy but it does need to be good! Sure would like to try some genuine plank-smoked salmon but we're open to all suggestions. What do you say Seattle hounds? Thanks in advance...
