Anarchy Cake fans?
Are any of you Anarchy Cake fans? I made one last night using oranges and dark chocolate. I've been using this recipe for years, it's great when you want a simple little dessert without a trip to the market, not too sweet, really good with ice cream. As some of the reviewers on Epicurious suggest, I use about a 9 inch cake pan and don't bother with the springform. It's great with all kinds of fruit. Here's the link:
