Chattanooga: show me what ya got!

Coming to Chattanooga from Nashville for 1-2 days. Looking for a few delicious restaurants. For context, my short list of faves in Nashville includes: City House, Monell's, Marche, Arnold's Country Kitchen, Hot Diggity Dogs, Samurai.

So I'm looking for something delicious to eat in Chattanooga. Can be Southern food, new American, BBQ, locally farmed, or anything else..... as long as the quality is really good. We're just looking for a couple places that are really really tasty, ya know?

Not gonna lie, we also like to drink, so if the restaurant makes a good cocktail or has a decent beer list that's a plus.

From reading other posts, I am thinking about:

What am I missing? (But don't say Mount Vernon, I'm totally scared of that place after reading other posts!)

Also open to any good hole-in-the-wall spots en route from Nashville to Chattanooga, if any exist.

I go to Chattanooga strictly for The Meeting Place. Exceptional quality of food, with a cool, laid-back vibe. Never met a drink there I did not become extremely friendly with. Go forth and Meet!

OK, cool, that one is officially on the list. Thanks! Also anyone know anything about a boarding house ("Mama's" or something.....) that serves dinner in Lynchburg, TN? Wondering if this place is touristy in a good way --- or touristy in a rip-off way.
