Drinks and Apps for 17 in Soho/Tibeca?

Hi-

I have a business meeting next week on Broadway, just south of Canal Street. I have been asked to find a place either walking distance or a very short cab ride away where the 17 people in the meeting can gather for post-meeting drinks and appetizers -- probably around 5PM or so. Anyone have any suggestions?
