Veggie Friendly near Schomburg?

I'm doing research at the Schomburg for the next couple of week. I know there's a catfish truck parked there some days, and a Felafel cart. Does anyone know of any other veg. friendly or healthy options nearby for lunches, dinners on the go?

the truck turned out to have awesome food for pescetarians and there was a Jamaican place with veggie food nearby.
