Mexican cooking class in SD

I have been looking for someone who teaches mixican food in San Diego area. Not like Sur La table or William-Sonoma thing.

When I lived in New York, there were many "cooking class at home". I am looking for something like that.

Thanks!

A great place to learn ethnic cooking is Alchemy of the Hearth. Everything they do is hands on and they have so many classes. Check them out www.alchemyofthehearth.com

We do not offer cooking classes at home, but publish recipe booklets and instructional DVDs in San Diego for learning to cook traditional Mexican dishes at home. Check out our webpage:

Check out Chef Don at Firehouse Gourmet. I don't see it listed, but he does a Mexican cooking/Tequila appreciation class that's great.

          Yesterday's UT mentioned "Isabel's Cantina"
May 20, 6 pm at Isabel's Cantina, 966 Feldspar in Pacific Beach.
          $60.

The article didn't even mention what she was cooking. Hmmm.
Get a hold of Dining Diva, she makes the best Mexican food in town and occasionally gives private classes or at least can give you the best advice on where to find what you're looking for:
