seeds and plants safe for snow fall

yes, I said snow. I was going to plant this weekend. Perhaps not. We are getting 10cm of snow 2 days in a row next week. I already have my hardy seeds in the ground (carrots, lettuce, radish, kale, onion). Can I get anything else in? I suspect not, certainly NOT my toms or peppers, but what about seeds? I know some of them require warmer temps for germination, will they just sit there then? or will I be wasting seeds? what about my potatos? strawberries?
