Food Scandal

pikawicca May 13, 2009 07:35 PM

The real scandal here is that this crook liked both Per Se and Outback Steakhouse. Would you invest with this weasel? Never trust someone with a bad palate.

"They also ran up a $254.38 tab at the Nikai Sushi Bar, but they left a tip on the card of only $15."

Yeah, that caught my attention too.

He's a low-life, ok? There's some surprise here about that?

Did the NY Times article above link to Madoff's full business Amex statement ?

        http://www.scribd.com/doc/15027931/Be...

Per Se, Tal Bagels ($400!), Maz Mezcal, La Tre Venezie, Balthazar, along with Outback, Maggianos, TGI Fridays. Granted this is across 15 different people.

        An interesting, voyeuristic read!

Well, the original link above no longer works and your link shows a white box with the words "Exhibit 25" and nothing else in it. So this thread didn't do much for me... lol

ADD: Sorry - didn't see I could scroll down that page. Now see the information below the Exhibit 25 words...very interesting to look at the whole record

It's not about what he liked, he took the marks somewhere they'd feel comfortable.
