birthday dinner recommendations in westchester/CT?

My birthday is coming up and trying to think of a Westchester/CT restaurant for dinner for me & my husband... I'd love to try something new.

We've been to:
X20
Red Hat
Tarry Lodge
BLT
Mima
Half Moon
Antipasti

Any recommendations?

Thank you!

Can highly recommend for Blue Hill for an amazing meal...but $$$. Otherwise, how about Spadaro's in New Rochelle. Otherwise Siena in Stamford. Lost and lots of good places to go...

Spadaros way to noisy and squished in next to other tables plus you may have to wait forever for your reservation to be seated. No bar to relax at while wating.

Have you considered Crabtree's Kittle House in Chappaqua?

I second Crabtree Kittle House. Nice atmosphere -- great food!

OOPS - re-read your second post - nix on the Croton seafood place.

La Cremailliere in Banksville has been nice for two dinners for us.

Equus at the Castle in Tarrytown. The six course chefs tasting/wine pairing dinner is always a treat.

Innovo in Irvington (right near Red Hat).

Help me out folks - what about the seafood place in Croton? (can't remember the name...)

One more. I've had delightful BD suppers at Buffet de la Gare.

I love Harvest this time of year. Ask to sit outside if it's at all warm, or remember to bring a sweater. Blue Hill. And I second Provencal Cafe.

Are you looking for someplace formal or casual? Special occasion-y or just great food? Any ethnicity?

Good food is most important. I am pretty open to formal or casual. Anything but seafood.

Aside from X20 my favorite special occasion places are Peter Kelly's other restaurants, albeit not in Westchester, but a short ride over the TZ.

I love the food at The Cookery in Dobbs Ferry, but it is quite casual, and they don't take reservations for two. http://lizjohnson.lohudblogs.com/2009...
No seafood precludes my other favorites...
                          Happy Birthday!
