Sunday Birthday Dinner, Memorial Day weekend, casual but delicious?

Hello all! I used to be a member on the NYC board and found everyone so exceedingly helpful, so I'm looking to you for help with our trip to S.F.My husband and I are visiting S.F. and north for 10 days beginning next Saturday. We'll be renting a car and driving north, so we won't be in S.F. The whole time, but we will be back in town on Sunday, the 24th. This also happens to be my husband's birthday.

The catch is, we're taking a red-eye out that night. When I booked our flight I had anticipated that we could have a really nice dinner for his birthday, but I wasn't thinking about the fact that we won't have access to our luggage during the day that day (which is being stored until we grab it to fly out).

So now I need something for dinner that is:
Reasonably priced (less than $100 for two people)
No dress code
Something with a really great atmosphere
And preferably not Italian
Adventurous?
Open on Sunday!
Downtown with easy access to cabs - we'll have to pick up our luggage on Van Ness before heading to the airport for an 11:00 p.m. flight

Thanks for the help in advance!

Where on Market? Assuming Union Square area, you could walk to Thirsty Bear (tapas) which has Flamenco Dance performances every Sunday. That's very casual, though. There's also Anchor & Hope and Salt House (both have more limited menus and are pricier). Zuni is also a good choice.
