Miami to Boynton Beach

I will be flying into Miami next Monday at 11 pm'ish and then driving to Boynton Beach with my 86 year old grandmother. Any recs on someplace to stop for a meal en route to Boynton Beach.

      For good, solid home cookin' you will be best off stopping at Lester's Diner. It's a landmark and has been there since the late 1960's. Can't miss and it's on the way.

        at 11pm there won't be anything open North of Ft Lauderdale so suggest you ask the Ft Lauderdale crowd. Boca, Delray and Boynton close up around 9p especially on a Monday, unless you want IHOP or Denny's.
