Villa-O Review [Dallas]
I went to Villa-O in Knox (on Travis) for Mother's day brunch and was very impressed with the place. This was my first time at the restaurant, so can't speak for dinner service/food, but the brunch food was delicious and at quite a good price point. I had their Italian Benedict, which had prosciutto and a tomato hollandaise sauce. It was delicious. It was served with rosemary potatoes. My husband got their chicken parma, with squash noodles, which was also very tasty.
Brunch for 4, with drinks (mimosas) and desserts was $100. Will def. go back again for dinner.
Their "O" stands for organic and they make all their pastas in house.

Hmmmm, interesting that others had such a bad experience. I'll have to go there for something other than brunch and see how I feel about it now. Our waiter wasn't the best (kept dropping the utensils, and didn't remeber who ordered what), but I thought the brunch food was quite tasty, and I would def. go back for brunch.

you are the first person I've heard to actually like this restaurant. I have been there twice - once with family and the other "date night" with hubby. It was terrible both times. Truly. My sweet husband, who will eat most anything, had two bites and was done. Same with my two teenagers and my meal was no better. Food was no better second time. I'm not sure how it stays open other than it has great outdoor space for cocktails! So glad your experience was better than mine!
