Finger foods/Appetizers - Pasadena Area

WildSwede May 12, 2009 12:40 PM

We are having a meeting here at work in Pasadena and are looking for a place that has good appetizers/finger foods. They do not need to deliver, but it would be a plus! Any and all types of food welcome! Thank you in advance!!

Possibly for the next meeting: try Merengue Bakery in Monrovia (closer than Porto's and just as good, if not better).

Merengue is not bad, but doesn't come close to Porto's.

Porto's in Glendale. Awesome and cheap appetizers.

Talk to Frank's Famous in Montrose and see what they can do for you, they do deliver.

Try Sweets Bakery on Washington Blvd. in Pasadena. It's a Russian bakery that offers a variety of sweet and savory pastries.

Also try Ap-Petite on Lake Ave, a Hungarian bakery that specializes in a Pogi and Choceez.

Also there's The Cheesecake Factory on Colorado that has a huge appetizer selection and uses LA Bites as a delivery service. Well, I know Glendale and LA locations use LA Bites. I can't see why Pasadena wouldn't. Good Luck!

Barney's Beanery has a large appetizer selection with breaded fried mushrooms/zucchini/cauliflower/cheese sticks, buffalo wings, broasted potato wedges (yes, "broasted"), and an assortment of other stuff (quesadillas, chicken strips, etc).

Bristol Farms on south Fair Oaks also serves hot appetizer-style foods in their hot food bar.
