Recession Busters - Kids Eat Free

rockycat May 12, 2009 06:02 AM

I'd like to skip over the discussion about whether or not mass market food is good for you or not, tasty or not, etc. Given the tough times now, a lot of us can just plain use a break. Because of our schedule I am forced to eat out with my kid twice a week. Deals are very welcome to me. I can make up with healthy food the other 5 days a week.

So, I'm proposing we compile a list of restaurants that do a kids eat free with adult purchase. Please list the name of the restaurant, day of the week that it applies, and any unexpected conditions.

The only one that comes to me offhand is

Moe's - Tuesday night - kids' meal free with adult purchase.

Thanks for the link. I discovered that the Hooters in my area does kids eat free on Sundays. Huh? I really don't think that's the image I want my daughter exposed to, but I wonder if the Spouse could pass for under 12. Oh, wait. They mean chronologically, not psychologically.
