Army Chef Contest

I was just getting around to the January issue of The Atlantic when I ran across this little write up. I thought I had seen a special on TFN years ago on the selection contests for the Army culinary team. It was really interesting to watch, it certainly beats Chopped or the NFNS, or the numerous pastry challenges that has aired recently. So why isn't this thing being shown? or the Bocuse d'Or?
