I was SO disappointed though becuase when they came out the fries were cold so the cheese didn't melt. It was awful! Our burgers were cold and burnt too! It's the ONLY time I've ever had a bad burger at In N Out so I forgive them and will try it again some other time. btw, it was at about 10pm on a Thursday night at the Sherman Oaks location.
