bellevue/redmond espresso shop?

I know vivace and a bunch of great espresso/coffee shops are in downtown seattle. Unfortunately, I've got to study and driving into town and trying to park for many hours will cost more than I'm wiling to pay (i'm gonna assume it'll be at least 10 bucks to park). So i'm looking for good places to get a shot or more and do some studying.

are there any good spots on the eastside? thanks!

As long as you can handle a little new age hippy with your latte, the best coffee handsdown in the Redmond area is at Soulfood Books in the QFC plaza on Redmond Way next to Ben Franklin Crafts.

Check out The French Bakery in downtown Kirkland. They have great coffee and delicious pastries. I haven't been for a while, but there used to be free parking in the parking garage next to the building. They're located across the street from the Heathman Hotel.

I visited last week and went to the Caffe Ladro downtown and the one in the Issaquah Highlands. Great coffee, though you might need to pay for parking in Kirkland or walk from the mall in Bellevue.

My mom has been to Trellis a few times at the Heathman Hotel in Kirkland and raves, we weren't able to make it there though.

Ditto on Victors. Excellent coffee when I used to live in kirkland. They used to be cash only so be aware of that (don't know if that's changed).
