Best Clam/Lobster Bake for a wedding in North Truro area?

My fiance and I are in the midst of planning for a wedding we hope to have next year in North Truro and we are looking for the best, most cost efficient catering company for this. The plan is to rent a large house with a huge yard and have it on location. What are some good full service companies that are also easy on the wallet?

Moby Dick's in Wellfleet would be a good place to contact. They've been in business for a long time and the people that own it are terrific!

Second for Bob Starck and the Old Fashioned Crew. They do a true "clam bake" rather than the "lobster boil" that some of the other companies have. The cooking method makes huge difference in flavor.

P-town Parties does a great job. One of their specialities is a clam bake right on the beach. They do lots of wedding receptions.
