Comments on my dining itinerary

Hello,

My first post ever on chowhound, although I have been scouring the boards for some time for info. At any rate, I wanted to get opinions on my upcoming Paris dining itinerary. We are going to restaurants that we have never been to in Paris, and I know that some get lots of praise on the boards. To give you an idea of background, some of our Paris favorites are Taillevent, Au Moulin a Vent, Chez Georges, Atelier de Joel Robuchon.

We have five dinners planned, which include La Table de Joel Robuchon, Chez l'ami Jean, La Rotisserie d'en Face, and L'Astrance. We are also doing Guy Savoy for lunch one day, for the 100 Euro lunch menu. For the fifth dinner, I am considering La Regalade, Cristophe, les Bouquinistes, L'Angle du Faubourg, or Le Violon d'Ingres. Any thoughts on this?
