The title says it all. My brother used to mkae hambergers wrapped in caul fat, and I've got a hankering....by the way, what else can I use it for?

Not Manhattan, but just across the Williamsburg Bridge, Marlowe and Daughters should have caul fat.

I know Chinatown Deluxe Food Market has frozen caul fat in their frozen meat section.

I know I've bought it at Schatzie's - not sure if he is still on Madison or if he's moved over to the UWS. You might also call Ottomanelli's on Bleecker, and/or Holland Court on Lexington and 93rd.

You might want to post on the Home Cooking board on other ways to use it.

It's also used for lining the loaf pan to make pates / terrines.
