Berkeley restaurants open at 4/4:30pm for graduation dinner?

I am graduating from Berkeley on a Friday at 7pm, and I'm looking for a place to have an early dinner with my family (we are a party of 9). We'd have to start dinner around 4 or 4:30pm so that I can get to campus to line up at 6:15pm for graduation. There are of course many great restaurants around, but I'm having trouble finding any that are open that early (Eccolo is open but only serves bar food at those hours). We are looking for anything in Berkeley/North Oakland, and look to spend $20-$25 per person.

Fonda opens at 3 on Fridays. Vanessa's Bistro I believe opens at 4. You might want to call both to confirm, as hours have been fluctuating at various places lately.
