Where to Find Balut in the Triangle (NC)

wallabunny May 8, 2009 11:18 PM

What would be a good source of balut in the Triangle area in North Carolina? Duck or chicken would be fine. Would the Raleigh Farmer's Market have any?

I saw some being sold in Grand Asia in Cary. What are your opinions on getting balut from there?

Also, how does one go around choosing the right balut?

Thanks again!

While not in NC. I was able to find them here in Greenville. The asian store only has them on Friday and Saturday. It might be worth your while to shop for them on these days at other places.
