Question about buying pastry products

Ok so I am looking for a place that sells fruit purees, like the ones they sell at restaurants and I wanted to see if anyone knew a place around DC that I could find them. Thanks!

Do you mean a reduced (cooked) fruit puree, or a fresh fruit puree? Or, do you want some type of prepared filling?

You might be better off buying some fresh fruit, processing it, and cooking it down.
