R.I.P. Dom DeLuise

I will miss him. He gave me many a smile.

Here are three cookbooks of him that I remember....

Eat This .. It'll Make You Feel Better

Eat This Too: It'll Make You Feel Better

Eat This Again: It'll Make You Feel Better

I loved the movie "Fatso" he showed you how to "run" your plate.

I loved the part when everybody in "Fatso Anonymous" (or whatever support group it was) started talking about their favorite pigout - someone said something about - sucking all the jelly out of a jelly donut, then sticking a chocolate in there, and letting it get all good and melty - and everyone is moaning ---!!!
      Hilarious!!!

billieboy--if you're online, they're doing a tribute to Dom DeLuise up next on CBS Sunday Morning. Otherwise, you might be able to find it on their site later on. G'morning!

I posted this link of Dom with eggs some time ago, but maybe somebody missed it. It is very funny.

Wow! They just don't make comedy like they used too, do they? Hilarious!

I too raise a toast to Mr. DeLuise. I cherish a copy of Eat This Too that he signed for me. What a sweet, sweet funny man.

Agreed - I never saw the cookbooks but remember his enthusiasm when he demonstrated his recipes on various talk shows. For Hounds too young to have seen his films, I recommend renting "The End", a comedy which co-starred Burt Reynolds

Try to find "FATSO" where Dom gets the girl. Really shows food issues. Sooo Funny.

Always thought he should have his own eponymous brand of champagne.

Which movie has Dom with Debbie Harry and Liv Tyler?
Liv Tyler was 3 years old when FATSO was released.
