ISO best Chinese food
Just in town for one night (Saturday), and looking for the best Chinese food this side of Taiwan. Staying in Hells Kitchen, but willing to cab or subway anywhere for the good stuff. Any suggestions greatly appreciated!

If you're willing to go anywhere by subway, your best bet is Flushing, so go to the Outer Boroughs board and do a search on "Flushing Chinese" or some such. Of course, that's if you don't care what KIND of Chinese food you get. Because they have Cantonese, Sichuan, Hunan, etc., etc.
