I see lots of Hispanic people eating at Fishermans Outlet downtown.

I second Fisherman's outlet for Tilapia, shrimp cocktail, and deep fried shrimp. That is what I and a friend usually order when we meet there.

for a delicious whole, scored, and deep-fried tilapia, head to mariscos chente and order a mojara frita (sp?).
