Hello,

I am wondering who is your favorite caterer in town for BBQ/picnic type food, in terms of taste and service?

I am looking for a caterer for Sunday, September 6th to start at 6PM for an event of about 200-250 at 11th and Pike on Capitol Hill, behind the Bobby Morris park.

I will need the caters to set-up and take out the food, including packaging up any left overs, if there are any.

We will not need servers, people can get in line and help themselves. We will need a veggie option(s) as well and I would like to have drinks available.

Please let me know who you like and how to get a hold of them. This is for a nonprofit event, so cost is a factor.

Thank you!

Cresdan

Don't. Consistently overrated by the Microsoft crowd.

There are others that are much better.
      Casper's caters I believe. They're decent.
The King Creole Cafe on Cherry will do stuff with good notice. They do pretty good ribs, decent brisket and great other southern fare (jumbalaya and gumbo).
Teddy Bear BBQ. Although they're all the way up in Monroe.

I'm sure there are others, but these were the first that come to mind for me and they are waaaaaay better than Dixie's.

One note, all of these are going to be kinda expensive, real BBQ usually is...
