Best steak on Long Island?

We're planning a dinner for 6 and the consensus is a steakhouse. We've done Peter Luger's and were very satisfied with the taste and quality of the meat, a little less so with everything else (service, atmosphere, sides, lack of credit cards, etc.). I like Teller's in Islip (where everything -- food, service, decor is a solid B+/A-), but we're interested in trying someplace new. Quality of the meat is the prime (forgive the pun) consideration, cost is secondary. Anywhere in Nassau or Suffolk is "in bounds". Thanks in advance for your advice.

Another definite preference for Bryant & Cooper here!
