Turkey Bacon?

What breakfast place serves turkey bacon, within the downtown Toronto area?

    As a non-pork eater - I have searched high and low - sadly - I have not seen it - I do recall the Golden Griddle had turkey sausages available & they scratch the itch for me.

      What casing do they use for their turkey sausages? Most non-kosher commercial sausages use pork casings...
