ISO Lemon Poppyseed loaf advice
Found this recipe for lemon poppyseed loaf -- sound very lemony and moist which I love. Involves pouring a syrup over it once completed.
Planning to take on a picnic this weekend so thinking might be easier as muffins. Will the syrup-deal work with muffins? Has anyone tried? Otherwise, could always just preslice the loaf. Thoughts?
