Golden House (outer Clement) now Grassland Hot Pot

Perambulating along outer Clement, I noticed that the former Golden House, (and previously Ocean King), has morphed into Grassland Hot Pot, complete with a cutesy sheep logo reminiscent of the Chinese Little Sheep chain's. The name "Golden House" is still in evidence, though in small letters, and the presence of a "Grand Opening" banner and congratulatory flower arrangements indicate it's a new venture. No clue if a change of ownership is also involved.
