Little Sorrento's (Yorktown)

Driving up dismal route 202 on Saturday, I was pleased to see a packed parking lot at Little Sorrento"s. Courious.. we went in, and to our surprise a waiting list for a table at 9:15 pm! A middle of the road (Price point) Italian restaurant that seemed to not be devistated by the economy.Kudos to all the local supporters. Two glasses of wine, two appetizers, and two large portioned dinners only a little over $50. Not bad for a Saturday night out. If you go, make sure to try the asparagus ravioli!

  1. The food is very good and I just love the bread that they serve!

    1. I've eaten there dozens of times over the years. Not fantastic, but a reliable and reasonable local place, nice but not fancy place where your rambunctious kids are welcome, you can have a glass of wine, and the food is always the same. They also have a smaller room that's nice for a small party.

      1. Your right, that place is always packed, they must be doing something right. I like thier chicken scampi, really tasty!!!

        1. had a good meal at Bella Vita on Rte 6 ...liked it a lot better

          1. Little Sorrento's is good red sauce Italian in a very pleasant space with friendly and good service. Nothing special but a nice meal out.
