I'm born and raised in Jersey, relocated to New Mexico. I recently had a "best meatloaf ever" conversation with friends, and I thought of the delicious meatloaf at the Yankee Tower Diner in Fairview. I used to eat there at least once a week just for the meatloaf sandwich.

I understand that the diner closed around 2000, and that upon its closing, the "secret meatloaf recipe" was published in a local newspaper (I have no idea which one).

Can anyone reprint the recipe for this delicious meatloaf?

I really want to show some NM friends what good meatloaf really tastes like!
