Can't reply to "Franco" post... Why?

I was trying to respond to the post, titled, "Franco Agostino, where are you?" but while the Reply to original Post link was accessible, nothing happened. http://chowhound.chow.com/topics/607502

Is the link dead or is this post closed to further comments? I've never experienced this problem before, and subsequently responded to another link to see if it was me... the other link worked, no problem, so it's the posting.

Please advise, as I would still like to respond.
