Good Eats Near the Hyatt Regency in Hauppauge?

Hi all,
Any decent eats around this area? Not Japanese but am open to any local spots that are reasonably priced and open later in the evening since we may not get here till late. We'll be driving from Manhattan so if there are any worthy stops we should make to eat dinner, please feel free to offer those suggestions as well!
Thank you!

Believe it or not, the restaurant at the Hyatt, NU, is quite good. I ate there about a year ago and was really surprised by the quality. I don't know how late the kitchen stays open, but you might want to call and find out.

Emilio's in Commack is good for Italian and Thai Angel in Islandia is another reliable bet. Again, you should call ahead to see how late they're open.

One drawback about the restaurant at the Hyatt: I think it's pretty pricey. They may have a light menu, though. It pays to find out, since it's really nice to be able to have a relaxing dinner at the place you're staying when it's late at night.
