Brunch with mom in Delco?

What would be a nice place to take mom for brunch or lunch on Sunday? Media, Wallingford, Swarthmore area or farther afield.

Countryside Markey in Swarthmore would probably be perfect, but might have a tiny wait, depending on the time you arrive.

In Media, House is fabulous- casual, but great food. I am not sure if Iron Hill (chain) does brunch, but if they do, their food is usually great.
