Lumberton area, no BBQ Pls

Driving down I-95 on Saturday. We want to stop for lunch in the Lumberton area. We don't eat pork, so BBQ, although delicious I'm sure, is not an option. We want to sit down somewhere pleasant where we can get a good salad, or even, stop somewhere where they have a good salad bar that we can take with us and eat in a park, like a grocery store or preferably, Whole Foods type place.

Any advice?

If you can't help with salad, we'll be very happy with a decent sandwich shop or standard american restaurant/diner type place that is clean and has well prepared food.
