A breadsmith bakery is opening soon in my area - anyone had any of their breads/challahs?

We have had one in Minnesota for years, everything they make is fantastic. I agree they make the best cinnamon rolls but only twice a week. I now live in Baltimore and whenever i come back from Minnesota I bring back a couple of boxes of freshly baked breads, scones, muffins, and cinnamon rolls.
they also have a killer chocolate Babka.
everything they make is superb, can I ask what city you are in?

you're in luck, the new one is opening in Potomac. the va'ad here says they'll be open the end of summer/beginning of fall, all baked goods kosher and parve.

thank god, a while ago i was considering franchising and making one her in baltimore but the 7 percent monthly gross that they wanted on top of franchise fees kind of killed the dream. where in Patomac? when? this is super news.
also in Minnesota the Breadsmith is next to a Starbucks makes it a very attractive morning spot,

i have never had any pies from there i dont thkn they do pies in the Minnesota one

it will be in the cabin john plaza 7 Locks and Tuckerman. there's already a starbucks as well as a nice tablecloth-type kosher restaurant pomegranate already in the plaza. used to have a kosher dunkin donuts but it's no longer kosher

i have heard positive things about pomegranate unfortunately have not had a chance to eat there, care to treat?

Yep, we have one in Skokie. Their regular challah is a bit dense for my taste, and slightly sweet but still good. They have a lot of good grainy type breads. I am boring and like the honey white. Try the apple pie bread, it's yummy!
