So, apparently I made an inaccurate assumption when I figured either the cooking store or Whole Foods would carry cocoa butter. I am in need of cocoa butter and I am looking for a) brand recommendations b) online sources c) info about what I should expect to pay. I am also in need of info on someplace in Westchester NY selling organic (i.e. edible) lilacs.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks!

Hi, I don't know if you are still looking for cocoa butter, but one source for it is: http://www.netrition.com/now_cocoa_butter_page.html. Their ground shipping charge for any amount of items is 4.95, a bargain for larger orders.

If anyone can help doc k55 out with a place in Westchester, NY for the edible lilacs, please post on the Tristate board. You can place the link to that post here, so we can all find it. Thanks very much!
