brun-uusto baked cheese

looking for ways to use "brun-uusto baked cheese"...a wisconsin version of of the scandinavian "juustalepia"...can you grill it like halloumi?

    yup. either bake it in the oven or grill it.

      ok...I'll grill it then put it atop greens with pears
