Best Bistro near Ch. Frontagnac?

My first visit to Quebec w/wife & friends is coming up in August. We will stay at the Ch. Frontagnac, because the wives have fond memories of a childhood visit. I love French bistro fare: tripe, oysters, moules frites, boudin noir, andouilette, kidneys, foie gras, etc. Any top picks that we should not miss during our three-night stay? Should we bother eating at the Ch. F.? Cheers!

First off, try Château Frontenac, you'll have better luck. From the top of my head, I'd recommend Café du Clocher Penché. Not exactly close to Château but exactly what you're looking for. Nice bistro set in a former bank, classic menu with some local twists. If you're lucky enough to go for brunch, you'll thank me. Reservation highly recommanded.
