Dry Creek Kitchen--Go there!! Fantastic pork duo, great risotto, scallops..........service couldn't have been better, great atmosphere. The manager, Dan, explained their history of ups and downs. Have settled on a terrific chef and problems were absolutely not evident. Couldn't have had a better dinner. Highlight of a 10 day trip.

Redds--Great lunch. Tuna/hamachi tartare was being fought over at our table. Desserts too. Short ribs were a small portion--perfect size for lunch and melt in your mouth. Varied wine list.

Cindy's backstreet kitchen---Hard to choose-so many things sounded good. Pollo Loco was fabulous. Slow cooked pork shoulder with pappardelle great. Our group raved about the tamales. Excellent lunch.

Bar Vino-Calistoga-tried everything on the hot menu (10 items for 10 people) and passed them. No weak spots. Accommodating service. Antipasto appetizer good too.

Greystone at CIA--Disappointing. Appetizer sampling was wonderful. Main courses (seafood stew--shrimp so overcooked they barely held together), linguine ok, nicoise salad good) were fine, but not stellar.
