A Vegetarian in Scandanavia

I'll be travelling to Stockholm, Gothenburg, Oslo, and Bergen this summer and am looking for vegetarian options in any of those cities, from breakfasts to lunches to dinners.

Recommendations for coffee houses and ethnic cuisine places that are normally vegetarian (Indian, Thai, etc) are fine, but I'm especially interested in local Swedish and Norwegian eateries that are trying hard to make native fare vegetarian.
