Please Help!
Ok so my daughter's 1st birthday is July 5th and I have no clue about catering for an event like this. I live by New York but all my daughter's family is in NE Phila. So I decided to have her party down there, and ALL of us cook, but we had such a year last year NONE of us want to! I wanted to give us all a break and have her party catered. I don't want to go overboard, but I want the food to be delicious. Am I asking for too much? Simple menu, the majority being adults (40 and maybe 15 kids) a few sides and a meat choice vs a vegetarian choise as a main dish. I also need a great cake.....maybe one where her picture can be placed that tastes really good. I only have 2 m onths left, I admit I procrastinated but if anyone out there can save me from the cointless research and suggest a great company I would greatly appreciate it!
Thanks in adavance for any/all suggestions!

Sweet Lucy's in the Northeast has great barbeque, some of the best in the area. And their catering menu is very reasonable. They have great ribs, chicken, brisket, and side dishes. They also have great mac and cheese (which would be suitable for a vegetarian).
As for cakes, I adore Stock's pound cake, Stock's is a little bakery in the northeast, and a party staple at all of my family events. Very reasonable prices.
