best food in Stonetown, Zanzibar?

Hi - I need a place to take my parents, who are serious, serious foodies. It doesn't have to be expensive, but it does have to have some atmosphere (the type of place we can linger over dinner). Ideally it would be something with local influence (and they love seafood) and great African wine. The quality and freshness of the food are the highest priority, though. Any recommendations?
