PDX- Inexpensive Dinner Nob Hill

Looking for an easy, reasonably priced spot for dinner tonight around NW 23rd/21st area. Will be with my 7 year old. Nothing too spicy.

I think Rose's on 23rd would be good. It has lots of classic diner/deli style food and wonderful desserts. Always a varied crown there from young to old so no set scene.
